Since 1990, Pastors Mike and Rhonda have poured their lives into ministry—building leaders, strengthening families, and advancing the Gospel both locally and around the world. They are proud parents of three grown children and joyful grandparents to little ones who lovingly call them Capo and Nona.
In 1999, they founded Church for the Harvest in Alexandria, Minnesota, where they faithfully served for 27 years. Their love for missions has taken them around the world, sharing the Gospel and strengthening leaders across cultures and communities.
Pastor Mike, a proud Marine, respected speaker, and seasoned leader, brings more than four decades of integrity and wisdom to the Church, grounded in a deep love for God’s Word. Rhonda is passionate about encouraging pastors’ wives and ministry families, offering wisdom and support drawn from decades of ministry experience.
Both are graduates of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. Mike also holds a Master’s and a Doctorate from the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. As lifelong learners, they enjoy staying active, spending time with family, and traveling.
Through Harvest International, they now serve the broader Church—encouraging pastors, equipping leaders, and supporting missions and humanitarian efforts around the world.
